Order Process

All orders are usually processed and shipped with in 24hrs of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted prior to your order being processed and credit card being charged.

Orders with oversize items will be charged actual shipping costs. You will be contacted with a shipping quote prior to order being processed and charged.

International, Alaska, and Hawaii

If shipping destination is outside the Continental U.S. please email us at contact@arrowbucket.com for a shipping quote to your location.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you received your order and you are not happy with your purchase please email us with in 5 days of receiving order at contact@arrowbucket.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must have RA number on the outside of packaging. Item must be returned unused, new condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
